Important Notice:

• If your proposal was accepted last year, and you intend to present the same information this year, your proposal will be automatically accepted.
• You do not need to resubmit the proposal, but DO submit the proposal form. Simply complete the appropriate boxes and type “same as last year” for the "Abstract" and "Proposal" sections. 
• New proposals will be subject to the standard evaluation and acceptance/rejection process. 
• A new proposal is “new” if the focus and content are significantly different from what was submitted before. 
• New submissions do not get automatic acceptance even if submitted by someone whose proposal was accepted last year.
